What you’ll do
Take off from Niterói and see Rio from the air — bay, beaches and city in one tandem flight. No prior experience needed: certified pilots take you from the ramp to landing. The concrete plan is below.

In detail
Fly tandem paraglide over Niterói and the Rio de Janeiro skyline with a certified instructor. You'll meet at Parque da Cidade de Niterói — also known locally as Ciroanimau Parapente, the same launch site — please arrive at least 15 minutes before your booked time.
We fly daily between 7:00 and 15:00 in up to three fixed slots; wind can push a slot later, and the instructor makes that call the day before or right at the launch.
The full outing takes 45 minutes to 1.5 hours door to door, with 4 to 20 minutes of actual airtime — your pilot offers you options once you're in the air and you decide how long to stay up. No previous flying experience is needed.
This is a calm sightseeing flight, not an acrobatic one; a pilot only flies radical maneuvers if you ask for them and confirm you accept the risk. Families and small groups fly one at a time, back to back, so everyone in your party gets a turn.

Includes
- Certified pilot and full flight equipment (wing, harness, helmet). Radical-sports flight insurance. A GoPro video of your flight plus around 10 photos pulled from that video (extra stills if we can't extract them) — delivered by download link the same day, usually in the afternoon or evening.
Not included
- Insta360 360° video/photo — delivered straight to your phone after landing via the Insta360 app. Transport to and from the meeting point. Acro / radical maneuvers as standard — only flown if you specifically ask for them and confirm you accept the risk.
Not suitable for
- Outside the 40–105 kg passenger weight range. Under 14 years old. Passengers aged 14–17 must fly with a parent/guardian present or bring signed written authorization. Anyone with a health condition should check with a doctor first and tell us in advance so we can plan accordingly.
What to bring

- a light jacket if it's cold. If you want your video the same day, install the GoPro Quik and/or Insta360 app before you arrive and keep at least 10 GB free on your phone — videos are sent by download link later that day.
Weather cancellation
We fly rain or shine within reason, but wind and rain can ground a slot — the instructor decides, sometimes the day before and sometimes right at the launch site, so slots can run behind schedule. If your flight is grounded, we'll first try to reschedule you to another day; if no other day works, you get a full refund.
Cancellation notes
We operate daily 7:00–15:00 in up to three fixed slots (max 9 flights/day, 3 per slot) — book at least 36 hours ahead. If the early slots are cancelled for weather, we may open an on-demand slot later the same day. No-shows without a valid reason are not refunded; with a reasonable justification, we refund the payment minus 30% for operating costs already committed.
