peakingo is the outdoor adventure marketplace for equipment rental, guided activities and lessons. You compare qualified partners, lock size or seat online, pay a clear total and arrive ready.
How do I pay on peakingo?
You pay everything on the website when you book. That reserves your gear and/or activity before you arrive — and you often get web-only pricing or discounts. You show up with a confirmed booking, ready to go.
What do I get after paying online?
A voucher with QR, your size or seat locked, and a partner who already prepared the kit or session. No improvising at the desk — you arrive and ride.
How do you select and audit partners?
Partners start pending and only go live after manual approval. Listings need required fields (insurance declaration, meeting point, participant requirements, technical lead where the sport demands it). We continuously review incidents and verified booking reviews — a partner can be suspended and removed.
Are partners insured and certified?
We publish the insurance and certifications each partner declares on their offer. We do not invent credentials: what you see on the listing is what the partner attested before publish.
How does pickup work?
You receive a voucher with QR and partner details. Gear or the session is prepared for your booking. You are usually out in minutes; early pick-up from 5pm the day before is available where the partner offers it.
Can I cancel or change dates?
As a general rule, peakingo offers free cancellation up to 48 hours before start. The exact terms can depend on each rental or activity — if they differ, they are written clearly on that offer. For date changes, contact support or the partner with your voucher details.
What if the gear doesn't fit?
On rentals, swap at the shop if the size is wrong. Platform expectation: you leave with kit that works for your session.

Apply via the partner pages. Onboarding is sport-specific; after review and approval your offers can go live with free partner software and the same guest checkout standard.
